To request a free wall-anchoring repair kit online here. The free wall anchor repair kit comes with the necessary hardware and clear instructions so that you can properly attach the chest or dresser to the wall yourself. If you need assistance in securing it to the wall, IKEA will provide such assistance [see number 4 below].You can remove the hanging bar but not add more shelves.I bought this a few months ago and it stores a lot more than I thought.Luckily we both have enough experience building furniture to work through those issues but we were surprised and expected a higher quality from CB2, maybe it was a fluke? I bought three of these as storage in a small room and lined them up.There are bottom shelves, hooks on the doors and a bar for hanging.Overall my husband and I really like these wardrobes, they have a very quality appearance (as depicted) and the full length mirrors are a plus (though the reflection is slightly warped as another reviewer mentioned.) The storage is sufficient and I really like having the shelves on the bottom of the wardrobe for clothing that doesn't necessarily need to be hung up.

If you purchased the chest or dresser, you may participate in the recall and receive: (a) a free wall anchor repair kit; (b) a one-time free home installation of the kit if you are unable, unwilling or uncomfortable attaching the chest or dresser to the wall yourself; or (c) a refund of your purchase price for the chest or dresser (not the retail price of units sold by IKEA).
